Terms of Service

By creating a Paisy account or using the Paisy card, app or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Paisy.

We may ask you to accept updated terms from time to time (see section 11).

To use Paisy you must:

- Be at least 18 years old (confirm - minimum age).

- Live in a country we support (confirm - supported regions).

- Complete identity verification (KYC) and pass our checks.

We verify your identity and run anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to keep the platform clean. We may ask for more information at any time, and we may decline or limit an account if we can’t complete these checks.

Paisy gives you one Visa card to spend digital assets and dollars:

- Hold digital assets and dollars in one account that funds your card.

- Move between digital assets and dollars in the app.

- Spend wherever your card is accepted - online, in store, and through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The account exists to fund the card. Features, supported assets and regions may change as the product grows. (confirm - final service description.)

You're responsible for:

- Keeping your login details, device and card secure.

- Everything that happens on your account.

- Telling us right away if you think your account or card has been compromised.

You can freeze your card and set spending controls in the app. If you lose your phone, contact us so we can help secure your account.

Don't use Paisy to:

- Break any law or regulation.

- Launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.

- Commit fraud or handle proceeds of crime.

- Carry out activity we've told you isn't allowed, or that your card network doesn't permit.

We may suspend or close your account if we believe it's being used this way.

Getting Paisy is free, with no monthly fees. (confirm - fee schedule.) Network and FX fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.

Digital assets and stablecoins carry risk and are not guaranteed to hold value. Exchange rates move, and the value of what you hold can go down. Please read our Risk Disclosures before you fund your account: /risk.

Paisy is a financial technology company, not a bank. Money and assets held with Paisy are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance. (confirm - pending legal; do not state any licence or insured status until confirmed.)

(Stub - pending legal.) To the extent allowed by law, Paisy's liability to you is limited. Final wording, exclusions and caps are supplied by legal before launch. (confirm.)

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we can't complete required checks. Where we can, we'll give you notice and a way to withdraw remaining funds. (confirm - notice and withdrawal process.)

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Paisy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of (confirm - jurisdiction), and disputes are handled in the courts of (confirm - jurisdiction).
